Service
Each watch is sold exclusively through the PALMOS website during the pre-order phase, with a direct-to-customer model that allows for premium quality at a more accessible price point. The watches are designed in London and assembled in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, by a family-owned workshop with long-standing expertise in Swiss watchmaking. This same team will oversee all after-sales servicing, ensuring each piece receives the same level of care post-purchase as it does during production. For customers in the UK, there is also a dedicated service partner in Berkshire, available for local support, maintenance, and repairs. Every aspect — from first delivery to long-term service — is built around the same principles as the design itself: clarity, quality, and long-term reliability.
Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, offering fast and reliable tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 2–7 working days. A tracking number is provided once dispatched. We do not ship to countries restricted by DHL (e.g. Belarus, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Iran). International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, use the form on our Contact page. Once approved, we’ll issue a prepaid DHL return label. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Worn, scratched, or incomplete items will not be accepted. Refunds (minus return shipping) are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are shipped once the original item is approved. Our timepieces are assembled in Switzerland using fully serviceable mechanical movements to ensure they can be maintained and worn for decades. We work with suppliers who follow ethical and environmental standards, and we minimise waste by using efficient packaging and avoiding overproduction. Our goal is to create products that respect both the craft of watchmaking and the impact on the world around us.
Warranty
Our watches are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, lack of care, or failure to follow the instructions provided by PALMOS Watches.
Terms & Conditions
By placing an order on the PALMOS Watches website, you enter into a contract with PALMOS Watches Ltd (Company No. 13455115), registered at 9 Aston Mews, 103 Kilburn Lane, London, W10 4AN, UK. All transactions are governed by UK law, and your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is returned unused and in original condition. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. Payment must be made in full at checkout.
